Please help may be serious eye pain.?

Yes I know it is bad to sleep with your contacts. Actually I think I may have a serious problem so I need a serious answer. And not "go see an opthomologist"... Ok so I got In the habit of sleeping in my contacts and there not the long wear ones. I have left them in for about a week forgetting about them. I didny have any pain. But I remembered oh **** my contacts are in. So I took them out. But right when I took them out I had this piercing feeling in the back of both of my eyes. I have a bad headache now and my eye hurts to move it far in any direction. (mostly side to side). My entire eye feels hard like glass. They are slowly feeling better but I'm scared. Is it because the lack of oxygen to them. They feel very pressured and that is a sign of glaucoma please help.!!!!
