Confidence? Please help ?

hey before i start thanks for reading this sorry its long. When i was born i had a disease called glaucoma its a buld up of fluid in the eye and im legally blind in my right eye im fifteen now. At thirteen weeks old my parents took me on a plane to cal. To get eye surgery, but before they could do this they had to sign a agreement that if anything went wrong there not held responsible they signed. Well something did go wrong no joke during the operation he screwed up. Im in high school now and my doctor saaid i could get eye surgery once im sixteen but cant afford it because of financial reasons. Anyways a couple weeks ago im my math class i was just sitting there minding my own buisness but i do tend to over hear when things are being talked about me. This one guy who sits across the room from me was talking to some girls. And i herd him say hey have you ever seen that one girls eyes her left ones normal and her right ones lazy and unfocused. It made me want to just dart out of there and cry. My confidence
